This Berry Coconut Hemp Smoothie is one of those things where you actually feel healthier just from drinking it. It reminds me of that naked guy veggie meme. Do you know which one I mean? Maybe this will jog your memory. I made a slight edit, but you’ll recognize it, hehe.

I love most smoothies, but this is my go-to fav. I love the tart berry kick! OMG it’s so good! Oh and don’t get all weirded out when you see the ingredients… Trust me, you can’t taste the cauli at all! Like not even one little tiny bit. It tastes like a berry explosion in your mouth.

Obvi you can use whatever fruit, veggies, or ingredients you want. You don’t have to be locked into what I have listed. This is just my preferred taste for this particular smoothie, but you have free range to experiment with whatever ingredients you want!

MAKES 1 SMOOTHIE

Berry Coconut Hemp Smoothie

WHATCHU NEED:

  • 1/2 can Light Coconut Milk OR preferred plant milk (Vanilla Ripple pea milk is really good too!)

  • 5-6 small bite-sized florets of cauliflower, frozen

  • 5 large strawberries, frozen

  • A big heaping handful of raspberries, frozen

  • 1 TBS raw shelled hemp seeds

  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • Stevia to taste OR whatever your preferred sweetener is

WHATCHU DO:

  1. Mix all that shiz up in a blender!

    VOILÀ!

Notes:

  • You can use any milk at all if you don’t need or want this smoothie to be vegan.

  • The trick is to use frozen produce! That way you don’t have to use ice and water down the flavor. I prep the cauli and berries and divvy the right amount of each in baggies in the freezer. Then when I want a smoothie, I grab a baggie, dump it in the blender, and BAM... a delicious smoothie!
