Hi Everyone! Are you ready for another bodyweight workout? I sure hope so because I'm throwing one at you! Today we are going to be working those abdominals! Six Pack City here we come!

Bodyweight exercises are a quick and effective way to build gorgeous, lean muscle without the hassle of equipment, weights, or a gym membership. These exercises can be done anywhere and you don't need a lot of room to do them. All you need is a little bit of floor space and you're ready to go!

 

It's time to tighten up that belly and shrink your waistline!

 

Note:

As always, don't workout the same muscle group two days in a row. Always leave time for your taxed muscles to rest and repair. It is in the rest stage that muscles are built. Ideally, you'll want to workout each body part 2x/week.

Below you will find some simple how-to videos for each move. They will help you better understand how to correctly perform the exercises just in case you needed a little guidance.
