Happy Monday! Ya, I know, it's not normally the happiest day of the week. But this week is different, it's Bodyweight Workout Week! Every day this week, I'm going to give you a sure fire way to transform your bod and start building beautiful, lean muscle for that sexy, sculpted, and defined look. I will be featuring a different no-weight workout each day with each day focusing on a different body part.

Body weight exercises are by far the most convenient of all muscle building exercises and are incredibly effective. These workouts require absolutely no weights or equipment and cost nothing. All you'll need is your body and a floor... And I'm pretty sure you have both of those ;) Well okay, that might not be entirely true, you'll need a chair or couch for the tricep dips in today's workout, but I'm pretty sure you have one of those too. And you don't even need much space. Just the little bit of space in front of your couch or in your office. So... Are we ready to get sexy this week? Yes, I believe we are.

Today's workout features arms! I wanted to give you a quick, no nonsense arm workout that you can belt out in the morning, while watching TV, or even at work!

 

Let's get started on these sexy arms of yours!

 

 

Note:

As always, don't workout the same muscle group two days in a row. Always leave time for your taxed muscles to rest and repair. It is in the rest stage that muscles are built. Ideally, you'll want to workout each body part 2x/week.

Below you will find some simple how-to videos for each move. They will help you better understand how to correctly perform the exercises just in case you needed a little guidance.
