Oh yes, it's that time, time to tighten and lift that gorgeous ass! You won't believe what a firm booty will do for your overall look. Everybody knows a fit fanny when they see it!

Body weight exercises are by far the most convenient of all muscle building exercises and are incredibly effective. 

This workout requires absolutely no weights or equipment, takes very little space to do, and is absolutely free. The only thing you'll have to buy for this workout is some new clothes! Because once your gluteus maximus gets maximus gorgeous, you're going to need smaller jeans!

Note:

As always, don't workout the same muscle group two days in a row. Always leave time for your taxed muscles to rest and repair. It is in the rest stage that muscles are built. Ideally, you'll want to workout each body part 2x/week.
